What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for export orders?
Our MOQ is flexible and depends on the target market and order specifics. Standard for export orders is one pallet. However, we are open to discussing a smaller test batch as part of establishing cooperation.
What are the payment terms for international partners?
As a standard practice, we require prepayment for new partners. For ongoing, long-term cooperation we offer flexible payment terms that we agree on individually during negotiations.
What is the standard order lead time?
Thanks to automated production we can fulfill orders quickly. Standard time from order placement to goods being ready for shipping is 2 to 4 weeks, depending on batch size and current production load.
What documentation do you provide?
We provide a complete set of documents necessary in international trade, including the commercial invoice, packing list and transport documents (CMR).
What packaging and labeling options are available?
Products are typically packed in collective packaging (cartons) and placed on Euro pallets. Labels on collective packaging can be adapted to your requirements, e.g. include your barcodes or information in the local language.
